Essential Sequential is proud to announce the addition of Cary Nord to the group.
Cary Nord is an Eisner-award winning comics artist and writer known for his work on books such as Daredevil and Conan The Legend.
Cary Nordis the award-winning artist of comic books and graphic novels such as Daredevil, X-Men, and Conan The Barbarian. Throughout his career Cary has drawn virtually every major character in comics, having worked on Superman, Wolverine, Mutant X, Ghost Rider, Spider-Man, Thor, and Star Wars.
He is currently working on the critically acclaimed series X-O Manowar from Valiant Entertainment.
In 2004, Cary was awarded the industry’s top honour for his work on Conan the Barbarian, taking home the Will Eisner Comic Industry Award for Best Single Issue.
Born in Calgary, Cary spent most of his youth drawing, and after attending the Alberta College of Art and Design he began to submit his work to Marvel and DC Comics. Diligence and hard work paid off, and work on single issues grew into longer fan-favourite stories with beloved characters.
